This cookbook takes inspiration from the music festival called Coachella. It embodies an existential energy that allows people to be emerged in sound and atmosphere. It is a very creative environment that combines fashion, music, food, etc. As the event grows, the assets have evolved immensely - especially food. Chefs from all over are chosen to bring culture and its flavors. Each booth caters to the attendees cravings that are built up by all of the exploring and dancing during sets. The event is a melting pot of every genre and sub genre catering to an extremely large crowd. Thus, I divided the sections into recognizable styles: Alternative, EDM, and R&B.
